Return Preferred tree status #56

Adds "ot:candidateTreeForSynthesis" to searche results: e.g.

    "ot:candidateTreeForSynthesis" : "tree1",

Requires https://github.com/OpenTreeOfLife/ot-base/pull/19 first.

After I fix the indexing script. I meant to get to it sooner, sorry for the delay.
