Handle candidate taxa in NCBI #54

For example, this taxon Caldiarchaeum subterraneum

From this study now in phylografter 2397: T. A. Williams, P. G. Foster,...[2012]. cellular organisms

Is listed as this on NCBI taxonomy Candidatus Caldiarchaeum subterraneum

but when I try to reconcile in phylografter, only the first two words are accepted "Candidatus Caldiarchaeum"

Candidatus is 'candidate' taxon -- like a provisional taxon. There are hundreds of such taxa on NCBI and many are included in phylogenies. It would be nice if phylografter accepted/recognized all three names for these species.
