GBIF Lutheria Wappler 2001 is an insect, while WoRMS Luthera Ofsten 1907 is a flatworm.

actually two insect genera. Lutheria Girault 1919 = gbif:1373211 is in Hymenoptera, 'doubtful' Lutheria Wappler 2001 = gbif:7978890 is in Orthoptera

This is a four-way homonym, orthopteran / encyrtid wasp / flatworm / plant. Should be fixed in 3.0.
