prioritize WoRMS over NCBI in Mollusca, maybe overall? #330

We had a request at the SoToL workshop to prioritize WoRMS for Mollusca, similar to how we deal with Malacostraca and Cnidaria.

I wonder if we should simply prioritize all of WoRMS over NCBI.
