incorrect reporting of tree size limit #151

From a rotl issue (reported by @rossmunce). Simple issue that the requested clade size is reported as the limit. Should probably have both in there...

I wonder if SUBTREE_LIMIT should be increased to 100K to match the analogous subtree method for the synthetic tree? I have not made the proposed change here as I haven't run any timing tests.
