Correct JSON serialization for getConflictTaxJsonAltRel() #22

We can convert this to use the RepresentationConverter classes. This may wait until a refactoring merge of taxomachine and treemachine since there may be code in treemachine that is suitable for this purpose and it isn't a top priority.

I think this is obsolete. I don't think we have any intention of using getConflictTaxJsonAltRel anymore.
