Version 2 of the TNRS. This depends on a trivial recent commit to the jade repo, which I already pushed to jade/master since jade is outside the opentree umbrella.
The commits are separated to identify reasons for specific changes, but the changes in the commits themselves are largely interdependent.
This should be merged after the pull request for the api_v2 branch.
