map names in pre-ottol to names in ottol #9

Phylografter is currently using pre-ottol as its name source. In order to migrate its data (mappings of nodes to taxa) to ottol, a mapping of pre-ottol names to ottol names is needed for at least the initial flat-file dump of ottol.

There are several versions of pre-OTToL in the bitbucket repository. Can you specify which one you loaded? Jonathan

I think it is the most recent one ( https://bitbucket.org/mtholder/ottol/commits/dd1e0d168f522c1e204dafb6b7e0aaefbf033af6) from 11/12.

this is a function in taxomachine comparenames now that should do this mapping
