Export format for synthetic tree #189

It would be nice if a lossless text version of the synthetic tree were available. The Newick string is nice but doesn't contain support information, for example. Locking up information inside a neo4j database unnecessarily limits its utility.

Not high priority, just something to keep in mind, especially if there is a rewrite coming down the road.

I think this is addressed by propinquity, which implements https://github.com/OpenTreeOfLife/opentree/wiki/Open-Tree-of-Life-APIs-v3#synthetic-tree .
