Resolve various issues with framed window mode #133

The framed window mode has a couple of bugs:

ALT-TABing would cause the window to gradually shrink
The cursor was not always clipped correctly, meaning that it could not be moved in the entire window
The rendering raster size was not calculated correctly, causing parts to be cut off
The background image for the pause menu was captured incorrectly, making it look shifted towards the lower right corner

All these issues are resolved without creating problems in borderless window mode and exclusive fullscreen mode.
