Communicate the area that the application covers #1

There was someone that was interested in adopting outside our area, but there was no way for her to know that the application doesn't cover her suburb.

Ideally, we could calculate a polygon for all the hydrants and display that on the map.

Otherwise, just some text in intro would be a good start.
