Add tailwindcss standalone support #56

Command used to check: rm ./static/styles/tailwind.css && tailwindcss -o ./static/styles/tailwind.css --minify && ls -lh ./static/styles/tailwind.css

With this code we:

remove the previously builded css to check that tailwind generates it properly.
build the css using the configuration
check that file is generated and his size (in this case, 38k)
