Time-based data should be list by most recent first #43

The more recent information is (probably) going to be more relevant, so show it first. This also gives you rapid insight into what the last thing to happen to the bill was.

eg. http://bills.pmg.org.za/bill/282/

Yup, I agree.

I had it that way round, but had to switch the order after a request from Gaile & Rashaad.

So, I'm closing this issue unless you can convince the customer.
