Create a Category Group component to be used throughout the application #59

The Topic Group component is a component that can be reused throughout the application.

I changed the component name to reflect the nomenclature. Individual Questions are grouped into Categories. Topic, on the other hand, is an abbreviated form of a Question’s text. Consider, e.g., a Question:

The use of coal for energy production should be phased out within 10 years.

Could have "Environment" as its Category, and its unique Topic could be "Coal Power".

In the "Environment" Category there would be other Questions but no other Question (in any Category) would have the same Topic.
