Win 7 Tap Driver CVE #170

Helo,

I have a question about the Windows 7 installation. In the latest OVPN version there is a tap driver update because of CVE-2024-1305, but this update is not available in the Windows 7 version. The newest Win 7 Tap Driver Zip Download also has the old Version. Is the Windows 7 tap driver not affected by the CVE or is Windows 7 simply too old and depricated?

Unfortunately due to the change in Microsoft driver signing policy we are unable to provide an update for Windows 7 driver.

Did I understand correctly that the win 7 driver also contains the CVE or does it only apply to the win 10 version?
