Error 0x800b0109: A certificate chain processed, but terminated in a root certificate which is not trusted by the trust provider.<< From error log, it seems you need to manually install issuer of cert in current user cert store.
I extracted from the cat file and installed to local user, but looking at it there it shows as expired as of 9/2/2016
Looks like we are past that error now for the chain (even with it expired), but its still failing to install.

Figured it out. I had Checkpoint VPN software installed on my machine. That was preventing it from finishing the install. Stopping the services for it did not help, I had to fully uninstall checkpoint, install TAP, then re-install checkpoint.
I'm unable to install 9.21.2 currently on Windows 10 Version 1803 Build 17134.345.
I've ran the Cert Check as I saw this was a similiar error, but not exactly the same:
I've read in multiple places to try and disable SecureBoot and Integrity Check. I do not want to really do that permanently, but did for testing, with the same results.
Any help would be appreciated. I can't use any OpenVPN variant without TAP installed.
