option to turn off async repro and motion smoothing #54

I hate having to open the mirror and press shift A, it's stupid that this option is not available in the basic steamvr settings. always on repro is the best for some games. Thanks for your work.

Looking into it, some keys were removed, but there are other ways to force repro off looking into implementation.

Just an update k_pch_SteamVR_DisableAsyncReprojection_Bool = "disableAsync"; was added in with 1.8.x openVR however does not currently appear to be working, need to test again in 1.9.x

tested on 1.11.11 ovr... still doesn't appear to do anything to my eyes at least.
