Suggestion on how to close out of room setup automatically #600

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. image As mentioned in the announcement for 5.5.0, a feature to automatically close room setup if chaperone is automatically applied, is not yet implemented. It is kinda a pain to have to close it every time (currently I just rename the .exe file so it doesn't launch).

Describe the solution you'd like I suggest taking inspiration from this github project that uses an AHK script to prevent the launch of the room setup application. Don't use the actual AHK file, but the method used could be useful so not much work needs to be done to implement it into OVR.

Describe alternatives you've considered Doing everything from scratch ig, but that would take way more time.

I'll have to look at it, unfortunately due to being on Steam there are some considerations, I need to be very careful touching other applications, but will look into.
