Help text on virgin opening #26

There is some help text available, for people who use the plugin for the first time. However: on first opening the plugin, that text doesn't show: hrt-05

However: if one changes the line 'Bouquet to use' to any other than the default value, the text suddenly appears: hrt-06

The same applies to the 'About' text for the blue button: hrt-07

IMHO at least the 'Close" (or 'Cancel') button and the 'About' button should never be hidden.
