Chrome extension doesn't work #1

By the way, in Windows screen sharing works just fine. Try https://demos.openvidu.io/openvidu-call

I tried that webpage in ubuntu 18.10, google chrome, openvidu screenshare extension and screenshare doesn't work?

EDIT: Works on Firefox.

Just tried a fresh installation of Ubuntu 18.04 with latest Chrome and screen-sharing extension works fine in OpenVidu Call demo (https://demos.openvidu.io/openvidu-call)

In Firefox it does work in your case becasue it doesn't need an extension to work: screen capturing is natively supported. Your problem with Chrome must be something related to your specific Chrome's configuration. Try reinstalling it to see if the problem goes away. You can also investigate other screen sharing services for Chrome to see if they work ok.
