Dear OpenVision Support,
I am writing to report an issue I am experiencing with my Amiko 8900 digital receiver. Whenever I try to access the settings menu to adjust the display options (such as time or channel number display), the system crashes and the receiver reboots.
This problem is quite frustrating, as it prevents me from customizing the on-screen information to my preferences. I rely on the Amiko 8900 for my daily TV viewing, and the inability to configure the display settings is hindering my user experience.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this issue and provide a resolution. Please let me know if you require any additional information from me to assist with diagnosing and resolving this problem.
Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and a timely solution.
Best regards,
Roman
