Fix some lfs pointers #6

Fixes the following issue, I hope:

Encountered 4 files that should have been pointers, but weren't:
        Content/VR_Template/Maps/Demo_Level.umap
        Content/VR_Template/Maps/Load_Level_Test.umap
        Content/VivaProject/Maps/BootStrap.umap
        Content/VivaProject/Maps/MusicTest.umap

If anyone could checkout the branch and verify it moved the files to lfs instead of deleting/corrupting them, that would be appreciated. Currently re-installing Unreal Engine to verify myself, although that might take a bit.
