add main locales #28

Add translations for the base languages +(es,it,pt,nl,de).

Should get reviewed first. This includes the existence of mentioned intents.

@JarbasAl Pls also check the wording in profiles.sh installing vanilla/sat/hivemind_core

  - Open Voice OS Master: The Open Voice OS classic experience
  - Open Voice OS Satellite: Run only the Open Voice OS audio components connecting per HiveMind to a Master
  - HiveMind Listener: Connect any custom component to the system via HiveMind

It should be HiveMind Satellite.
