BUG: cant stop OCP properly #110

When I say "stop", ovos stops playing radio. But in the background the ocp skill is still active and when I ask for another intent like "What time is it?" then after the answer with the time, the music of the ocp skill is starting again

Some of my family are annoyed by that. So is there a way of stopping an ocp skill completely?
