Set base image to Debian 12 (Bookworm) #75

Bookworm is generally available as of June of this year. Would it be possible to use that instead of Bullseye?

Never mind! This doesn't look like it's available yet for Raspberry Pi OS. 😄

I think it is available in testing, but not positive
