Changes:

notifications can be dismissed and actions send in one click (when dismissing one by one)
clear the notification storage also triggers actions
layout adjustments for some elements

btw the same applies to the notification element that is handled by ovos-shell (transient/sticky/..) (X) will close the notification but not handle the action attached (https://github.com/OpenVoiceOS/ovos-shell/issues/36)
