Action-PMC-2018-3 focus on quality of installation and set up documentation #461

Following creating a list of doucmentation (see #460) focus on ensuring that a comprehensive and easy to use set of installation and set up documentation is available for OpenWIS3, working with NWS and UKMO

Pieces that make up quality installation and set up documentation

Proposal should be to first upgrade middleware, and then finish the revised installation guide. We should consider also exploring the use of docker again.

Once forgerock pieces have been ripped out, we need to circle back and re-address installation documentation

This is planned but not completed yet. Zhan wil lprepare a 3.14.9 set of installation documentation and present to the TC. Once approved, this issue will be closed.

23 Nov 2020 - Finalising updates to Installation Guides. WIll share ahead of the next (January 2021) and finalised at the TC. @solson-nws to send a reminder to TC and co-ordinate update with @yvesgoupil
