@jude2018 - this pull request is a bit confusing. There's loads of stuff included but it's titled SC May 2020 Minutes. Would be useful to break this out into separate PRs - or explain to me what all the stuff is and demonstrate to me that everything has been properly approved/reviewed. Thanks.
