Update developer documentation for gimp #35

I installed gimp so that I can view TSTool image files stored on the remote machine without having to download the files. gimp will need to be run as an X windows program like QGIS and TSTool to display to local Cygwin.

Need to add notes to developer documentation to install gimp with the following. This is not a huge process so maybe there can be a section in the documentation for "Install Additional Software" and just list the various software and install command that was done. 

sudo apt-get install gimp

The Install Additional Software section has been added, along with Gimp. Closing the issue.
