The Python script has logic to automatically create the basin extent file from the boundaries, used in clipping. However, the latest QGIS 3.22.16 Windows code is not working for a basin boundaries file that has a single basin. For now, use the previous State of Colorado extent layer, but this will result in larger clipped files than are needed.
