Add Save button to time series graph popup #301

I suggest implementing this feature after the other Save button issues are implemented. The following are technical considerations:

  1. It may make sense to add a Save menu to the kebob menu for a layer to save the original layer file and also allow saving the layer from from the attribute table dialog Save button.
  2. Saving the attribute table should behave similar to saving the time series table. However, the attribute table does not have units so have to decide on some defaults. Should the original data object precision be used?

The new push for this was updated in Issue #300. I will wait to close until more testing has been done.

Testing has been performed for a while now and things look good. Another issue can be opened if found in the future. Closing this issue.
