Update Node to 14.15.0 #328

The InfoMapper Node version appears to be antiquated compared to when it was first created. Keeping it closer to the most up-to-date version is a good idea, especially since the major LTS offered from Node just went up from 12 to 14.

I implied the Node version is tied to the InfoMapper, but that's not the case. Node is a globally installed package that has nothing to do with the actual files in this repository. Regardless, the Node version on the development computer has been successfully updated from 10.13.0 to 14.15.0.
