Layers from previously viewed map are merged onto current map #400

I've been putting together the presentation for the Go Code Colorado 1-minute video using the following:

I displayed the Current Conditions / Environment - Wildfires and then Current Conditions / Drought. The historical wildfires layer from the first map showed up on the second map. I refreshed and did not see again but need to confirm that this is not a problem. I should have taken a screen shot but did not.

This does not seem to have occurred again. Maybe it was a cache/refresh issue. I'm closing the issue.
