Documentation pages need sticky page header #14

The map window has sticky header where menus are visible all the time. However, the documentation pages allow the menus to scroll off. The header should be sticky for optimal user experience.

This has been updated for all necessary tabs. Some additional CSS tips were obtained, and will also be used in the InfoMapper to display markdown content better than it had before. Closing the issue.
