InfoMapper work pointed out that some websites in the dataset use www and don't start with http or https. This was causing some issues with auto-detecting URLs. These need to be fixed. Some website URLs are also missing so it would be good to revisit and fill those in.

TSTool has also been updated to resolve some work-arounds in command files.

The README files also need cleaned up.

I updated the dataset so that almost all entities have a website, even if using Wikipedia town, special district information, etc. The dataset can benefit from additional updates but should be OK for general maps. Close the issue.
