Idaho continental divide layer causes an error when generated #2

The GeoProcessor software has an error processing Idaho. It has the most complex clipping geometry. I am focusing on Colorado so this is not a priority for me to track down.

Subsequent to the original work, I have found cases where geometries are invalid in the original published data. Maybe just need to validate geometries. I'll deal with that later.
