Continental Divide - update to use dataset on OWF data page #166

The continental divide dataset has its own GitHub repository and now has a landing page on the data website hosted on AWS. The maps need to be updated to use the data page and not GitHub for the hosted dataset. This allows the CloudFront CDN to be used.

I updated the website files to use the dataset on the OWF data website. This involved figuring out some CORS issues but now have a good working example of how to do such a thing for other layers. Close this issue.
