Change commands to use "folder" instead of "directory" #18

Some of the TSTool AWS commands use "directory" in command parameters, editors, and documentation. The S3 console now appears to use "folder" even if underlying API uses "directory" and users are familiar with the term "folder". Need to change throughout before moving on to other functionality.

This functionality has been enabled in commits specific to each S3 command. Close this issue.
