The dataset landing page template is OK for now and provides information about the dataset. However, it does not allow for content related to web page "skin" for branding, such as header and footer. This needs to be added to fully integrate with OWF website.

I created an inserts folder in the owf-website-data repository working files. Need to figure out how to ingest the files to enable a menu and footer.
