Need favicon #2

The story needs a favicon icon so the browser shows the icon in the tab. It appears that the index.html is OK but the image needs to be copied from another story/repo.

The favicon is not showing up. Is the filename correct? Reopening since Justin is doing some other edits.

Not sure what went on. I am seeing it now. Maybe latency in Amazon S3 file availability. Closing the issue again.
