Add favicons #77

Just as it says. Add favicons for various devices. Icon should just be the OWA lock icon.

https://www.pwabuilder.com/imageGenerator I had Ashley run a pass through this generator with our current logo svg file. We should just be able to build for all platforms based on the output from this site.
