Humidifier not sending updates

Describe The Bug: Humidifier is not updating the server on a regular basis. The result is the API returns data that can be days old so important information is missing, such as the empty tank alarm
Sending a command to switch the Humidifier off and on will normally make the data refresh. Opening the Switchbot app will make the data refresh.

To Reproduce: Have the Humidifier setup and working. Poll the API for data from the device. Compare the returned data with the live information.

Expected behavior:

The data returned should be current information. For example, when the tank is empty the returned data should reflect that.

Screenshots:

Look at the update times in the image. Yet the API is polling every 5 minutes and the tank has been refilled.

I have same issue here, is there an update regarding this issue? The issue is now a long time without any fix, please fix this issue.
