Upload Document is being assigned to the DataLink on JSON #101

"Link an online resource" and "Upload Document" maps to DataLink on the JSON. "Link Dataset" or "Connect WMS" should be the only functions to populate the "DataLink". "Upload Document" should be removed as an option if this is the behaviour.
