Set default views to list
Set a maximum height on a record so that each record's size is consistent - not with a scroll bar like the Ross Ice Shelf. The aim of this is to make the size of each record consistent like they are for records that don't have a long description and a scroll bar. It's fine if the description gets chopped after a certain character count because if the user wants to read the rest they can open the record.
