Internal survey has highlighted the issue of too many elements and unintuitive UI.
The default ISO19115-3 template has too many elements available for the user to modify. Suggestions from the internal survey indicates a requirement for scaling back the amount of elements, and also pre-filling some of the information (i.e. contact detail, etc.). The goal is for non standard literate researchers to be able to fill in their own 19115-3 metadata
