Unable to add someone new by clicking on ‘+’ icon. Text field is only available for ‘Role’.

But if I use the ‘magnifier’ icon, select ‘blank individual’, select role, and add, this then works.

Currently, this functionality is provided through template records that can be added from the selector. Can review ways to make process more intuitive

This can be removed. The way it's currently working is fine, and I just needed to be shown how to use this field correctly. I think it's acceptable to be selecting an individual first, and then entering their custom information.
