Time Period missing start date #68

only shows ending date on metadata GUI (xml and json exports are fine) Picture 1

Can modify gui to show both. Require a rebuild and reinstall.

I believe this issue actually relates to the starting date being cleared from the metadata form when the user navigates across tabs after having entered the temporal extent.

For example: If I create a new metadata record, enter a start and end date, then go to the "Constraints" tab, and then return to the "Spatial" tab, the starting date has been cleared. If I enter a start and end date, and then "Save & Close" (without changing tabs), the temporal extent is preserved.
