GCMD Location Keywords MISSING #80

Describe the bug The GCMD keywords is no longer available.

See which has GCMD Location keywords on the metadata record: https://ant-nz.geodata.nz/geonetwork/srv/eng/catalog.search#/metadata/14fd149b-23c8-420c-87fa-1b94e2d79ce4

Now: Edit a new record. Go to the keywords tab. Select the Keyword Thesaurus Try and find the GCMD Location keywords (this used to be here).

Could we please update all vocabularies to latest releases and modify their names (e.g. GCMD Locations, GCMD Science Keywords, GCMD Platforms, GCMD Instruments, GCMD Projects etc).

And confirm that ASP - Antarctic Science Platform is in the Project Vocabulary. Added in this release: https://wiki.earthdata.nasa.gov/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=293831336

Updated GCMD Science Keywords, Platforms, Instruments, Projects and Chronostratigraphic Units from latest ARDC Sources. Note - ARDC GCMD Projects was last updated 12-1-2023 so does not contain ASP - Antarctic Science Platform. Need to discuss options. (As well as other vocabs and the requirements around them) 1.5 hours 1-7-23

Corrected Platforms list to include ASP - Antarctic Science Platform. Sourced directly from GCMD and not ARDC. But required modification of the file to display understandable name and proper linkage to GCMD 0.5 hours 3-7-23
