resource provider being shown in "CONTACT FOR THE RESOURCE" #84

The "Contact for Resource" is compiling the publishers with the researchers in the same drop down. See SEANOE in the attached image.

This drop down should only show individuals, and the repositories would be excluded or form their own drop down.

Also, contact for the resource is indexing all resource contacts. This list is going to end up very long as the catalogue grows. To counter this, we should only make the Principal Investigator appear in this list, and the list should be arranged alphabetically.
