Define format mapping between keywords & schema-profiles #10

For a few of its outputs PanCadastre needs additional input to know how to represent different keywords.

Even if jurisdictions wish to standardize on a shared profile, this is needed to map their existing LandXML profiles to the shared profile.

PanCadastre still needs to read these in, but the datamodelling work's (largely?) been done!
